One simple way to save water is to make sure you don’t have any leaks in your home.
If you want to check to see if you have a leak in your toilet, add a few drops of food coloring into your toilet water tank. Do not flush the toilet. If you see any food coloring go into the toilet that means you have a leak.
Another way to save water is to use your garbage disposal less. Whenever you have decomposable food, don’t throw it in the garbage disposal… compost the food. It will turn into rich, nutrient soil, guaranteeing a healthy, growing garden.
