Here is a simple do-it-yourself way to eliminate those odors and freshen up the carpet in your home. Even better, it eliminates the use of harsh chemicals.
How do you make it?
Take an old spice container that you no longer use.
Add 1/2 cup of baking soda
Add 20 drops of tea tree oil and 20 drops of lavender essential oil.
How to use?
After the 24 hour window, shake the contents on your carpet and wait ten minutes. The vacuum away and say "hello" to clean-smelling carpet.
