It's all about coupons at Safeway.

Get more than half-off select Progresso and Campbells soups; they're just 77 cents each.

Safeway also has breakfast covered with General Mills cereals for $1.67 a box. That will save you roughly $1. Pop Tarts and Natural Valley Granola Bars are the same price.

Since we're talking breakfast, head over to Bashas’ for their deal on Post cereals, $1.88 a box.

Plus, they have all of their Oscar Mayer products on sale at 40 percent off!


On Thursday, meat will be on sale at Food City.

Chicken drumsticks or things will be $0.67 a pound. Cooked ham and turkey will be $1.77 per pound. Lean ground beef will be $0.73 a pound.

Albertsons is selling Waterfront Bistro Shrimp at 50 percent off.

Plus, if you spend $100 you'll get 10 percent off your entire bill.

Strawberries are $0.88 for a 16-ounce container. They're normally $3.


At Fry's Food Stores, six-ounce containers of blackberries will be $0.99 cents. Red or black plums will be $0.99 cents a pound.
