Get ready for a frightening statistic! The National Retail Federation claims a new record that 179 million people spent a total of over $9 billion on Halloween in 2017! That breaks down to about $86 per person. So, let's help you pay less and talk costumes!

When you "Do It Yourself" (DIY), it may not save you time, but it should save you money. Get creative!
