Five is the magic number at YC’s Mongolian Grill on May 18th because they are launching five new health bowls at all five of their valley locations.

Starting at 11 a.m., the first 50 guests at each location will get a free health bowl.

Just show up and dine-in or take out. It's one free bowl per person.

Below is a description of the new bowls:

Go! Go! Gluten Free
As its name implies, this bowl contains no wheat, oats, barley or rye, giving gluten free guests a healthful option. Ingredients include chicken, celery, kale, mushrooms, bell peppers, summer squash, asparagus, bell pepper and rice noodles. YC’s Lemongrass Sauce completes the recipe, delivering a light citrus, earthy flavor and providing digestive benefits.

Plethora  of  Protein
Loaded with two types of muscle-building protein and low in carbs and sugar, this bowl contains chicken, beef, kale, baby corn, broccoli, mushrooms, summer squash, spinach, asparagus and peanuts for extra protein and crunch. YC’s Lemongrass and spicy Thai sauces offer flavor, while cutting carbs and sweeteners.

Carb  Refuel: Grain-Style
Intended to replenish carbohydrate stores after a workout while maintaining a nice balance of protein and fat, this recipe includes beef, green onion, carrots, water chestnuts, broccoli, mushrooms, cabbage, asparagus and brown rice. YC’s Hoisin Sauce offers a sweet and salty finish that is low- calorie and low-fat.

Carb  Refuel: Veggie-Style
Providing carbohydrate replenishment without the rice or noodles, this bowl utilizes a fresh selection of vegetables and fruits with higher carb contents. The recipe includes tofu, beets, celery, carrots, baby corn, broccoli, spinach, sweet potatoes and sesame seeds. YC’s Marco Polo Sauce offers a high-carb boost with a robust and sweet tomato twist.

Antioxidant  Powerhouse
Packed with vitamins C, E and beta-carotene, this bowl provides antioxidant power to help strengthen immunities. Ingredients include tofu, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, kale, carrots, bell peppers, broccoli and spinach. YC’s Marco Polo Sauce adds antioxidants with a robust and sweet tomato taste.
