Free weekly workouts, and you can bring the kids!

If you're anything like me, you get so busy during the week that you forget to work out.

Other excuses include childcare, fatigue, and don't forget the price of memberships.

There are so many ways to justify avoiding the workout.

No more excuses because I have some free motivation!

Fall into Fitness starts at Margaret T. Hance Park Tuesday night. 

It's your chance to work out for free, and it doesn't matter your fitness level.

It's a family-oriented workout series, and it's every Tuesday from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the west end of Hance Park.

You'll experience all sorts of workouts including Zumba, Turbo Kick, and P90X!

And here's proof that it's family friendly, we heard of one mom using her baby as extra resistance during squats.

We have AARP Arizona to thank; their grant made it all possible.
