Police are looking for a man who went on a shopping spree with a stolen credit card in Surprise.
Investigators said the man took the credit card during a burglary and then used it Sunday to purchase over $400 worth of merchandise from the Kohl’s sore on West Bell Road.
A surveillance photo shows the suspect wearing a gray hat, a black T-shirt and black sneakers.
