Some Sun City residents are still without power after a vehicle damaged a power pole Thursday morning.
Arizona Public Service said a power line near 99th Avenue and Sun City Boulevard went down when it was struck by a vehicle.
Over 2,200 customers were originally without power but that number has significant dropped.As of 1:15 p.m., APS was working to restore power to 81 customers still affected.
The outage includes homes in the following area: Alabama Ave. to Cheryl Dr. and 111th Ave. to 99th Ave.
