There are new reports of vehicle windows being shot out in the West Valley.
The Peoria Police Department said they have confirmed about seven windows that were shot out in the past few days.
A person whose car was targeted says the incident was a huge inconvenience.
"We had a lot of things to do this morning and yesterday I couldn't do it because I didn't want to drive the van like that," the victim said.
According to Peoria police, they are still processing reports and could have more reports later.
Peoria police said the incidents are similar to the windows being shot out in west Phoenix and Glendale. Witnesses in Peoria have also reported seeing a green sedan, but a different make. They have also described the drive as being an older, white male wearing a tan-colored hat.
"It appears a suspect is using some form of projectile device, possibly a BB gun, to damage windows on parked vehicles," said Lieutenant Paul Taylor with the Phoenix Police Department in an email.
Bryant Woody, a Safelight Auto Glass employee, said they've seen an uptick in business recently.
"The fact that someone is just driving around shooting them and leaving all these innocent people with holes in their vehicles, it was kind of a shock to us," Woody said.
Police said there are no indications as of yet that these reports are related to the serial street shooter.
