Police in Peoria have arrested a second suspect believed to have been involved in the shooting and death of a juvenile in the desert near Lake Pleasant.
Peoria police said four people were target shooting a half-mile south of State Route 74 on Castle Hot Springs Road. The two males got into a fight, and a shots were fired. The victim, a 17-year-old male, was taken to a hospital but he died from his injuries.
Wesley Considine, 18, was being sought by police and was arrested near 32nd Street and Cave Creek Parkway in Phoenix on June 28 around 4:19 p.m. Considine was booked into jail and charged with robbery and first degree murder.
A 17-year-old was previously taken into custody in connection to the shooting.
