Officials are searching for a vehicle involved in a carjacking in Glendale.
Glendale police said the victim’s vehicle was taken from a business near 53rd Avenue and Glendale at 8:20 p.m. on Tuesday.
According to police, the victim went to turn on some business lights when he heard someone running on the property.
The man realized someone jumped into his truck and closed the door. The victim ran to his door and yelled at the suspect to get out.
The suspect opened the door and pointed a gun at him, drove away and picked up another man on Glendale Avenue.
A family member tells ABC15 a cat was inside the vehicle at the time of the carjacking.
The vehicle is described as 2005 White Chevy Silverado 2500. The cat’s name is Abby.
