A bee scare in a Valley neighborhood after a child was stung by bees from a large hive found in a tree.
Glendale fire crews were called out to the area near 59th and Northern Avenues Thursday afternoon.
The good news is the child was only stung once.
Crews say the hive was very active and they sprayed it down with foam.
