An Arizona Department of Public Safety trooper stopped to help a family with some ruffled feathers on the freeway Tuesday morning.
Traffic cameras spotted a family of ducks trying to cross Loop 101 in the West Valley near the ramp at Glendale Avenue.
Around six or seven of the ducks were seen in the rocks aside of the freeway, getting ready to cross during rush hour traffic.
Fortunately, a DPS trooper came to the rescue. He was able to direct the feathered family away from traffic, getting all the ducks in a row toward safety.
