A man is accused of inappropriately exposing himself to two women at a store in Buckeye.
Police were called to a Walmart on Oct. 22 after two female customers told store employees that they were allegedly flashed by a man, a police spokesperson said.
Witnesses told officials that the suspect left the store before officers arrived.
However, just five days later, police were called back to the Walmart after the suspect, 56-year-old Frank Guzman was spotted at the store again, authorities said.
Police later identified Guzman of Buckeye and was taken into custody.
Guzman is a sex offender who failed to register his status with the Buckeye Police Department.
He was charged two counts of indecent exposure and one count of failing to register as a sex offender.
