One person was killed in a crash on the I-10 in the West Valley late Sunday morning.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety says the crash occurred near 99th Avenue just after 9:40 a.m. in the eastbound lanes.
Two cars were reportedly involved in the crash after one or both vehicles attempted to change lanes. One vehicle is said to have hit the barrier wall along the freeway during the crash.
An adult in one of the vehicles is said to have died. Two kids who were in the same car have unknown injuries.
DPS says the eastbound exit onto 99th Avenue was reopened Sunday night.
