He either didn’t see the cameras or didn’t care.
An Avondale family says a man stopped at their home’s driveway, reached into the bed of a truck and stole hundreds of dollars in camping gear. They know this because it’s all caught on camera.
Surveillance video shows the man untying a box, grabbing it and then walking away.
The gear was left overnight in the bed of the truck because the family’s father was about go on his yearly camping trip. He didn’t know the gear was missing until he arrived at the White Mountains.
The man was able to replace the gear but his wife is upset someone would stoop so low.
“I would say he needs to check himself and his family because he needs to think if that's something he wants done to him,” she told ABC15.
A police report has been filed by the family.
