Authorities are asking for the public's help finding a Tempe man who is allegedly wanted for sexually exploiting kids.

Adam Leap, 23, was arrested in March following an investigation, a police spokesperson said. Leap is accused of sexually exploiting kids, between 9 and 16 years old, in multiple states.

Officials say shortly after Leap was released from custody on a $200,000 bond Oct. 8, he allegedly cut off his ankle monitor. He was last seen the following day near 51st Avenue and McDowell Road in Phoenix, but hasn't been heard from since.

According to the Tempe Police Department, the suspect has ties to Arizona and California, but his current whereabouts are unknown.

An active warrant has been issued for Leap's arrest.

He's described as being a white male, 5'11", 185 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is urged to call the Tempe Police Department at 480-350-8311.
