Tempe police have arrested Emmanuel Gonzalez Rosas for exposing himself to three young girls Friday evening.
Officers responded around 5:30 p.m. near US 60 and Kyrene Road.
Police say one of the victim's parents was alerted and chased the suspect, who ran from the scene.
Officers set up a perimeter and searched the area.
Just after 8 p.m., police said the 26-year-old man was arrested in connection with the exposure incident.
Earlier, police said they were looking for a 25-35-year-old man between 5 feet 8 inches and 5 feet 10 inches tall with spiky black hair.
The suspect faces three counts of public sexual indecency, which is a class five felony.
