Born not even two decades into the 20th Century, a great-grandmother in the Southeast Valley shows no signs of slowing down well into the 21st.

Frances Brown celebrated her 100th birthday surrounded by family, which after starting with a son has grown to include 5 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

"He was pretty busy!" she remarked to much laughter. "One boy and we ended up with 30 people!"

Brown met her husband while serving in the U.S. Navy during World War II, where she trained pilots stateside in one of the first simulators.

Passing the century mark means Frances can't move around like she once did, but how many other great-grandmothers do you know who are on Snapchat?

After living for so long, her advice to anyone looking for the secret is simple.

"Just do it!" she said. "Go ahead and do what you're supposed to do and be nice to people."
