A Mesa police member was hurt in a mass shooting in Las Vegas on Sunday night.

Mesa police spokeswoman Sgt. Diana T. Williams says in a statement Monday morning that all of the officers in question are accounted for and that none of the agency's officers died in the attack.

Williams said five members and their spouses were attending the festival when the shooting began.

One of the members suffered a minor injury during the incident, according to Williams.

Williams said the off-duty members did not hesitate to render aid to the injured people surrounding them.

Four of the personnel were officers and one was a staff member, Williams said.
