Police are investigating a string of recent car burglaries in Mesa.
Police were called to the area of US 60 and Lindsay Road last month after several cars were broken into.
Investigators discovered that the suspect broke into the cars early in the morning and was seen on surveillance footage “taking their time in each vehicle,” a police spokesperson said.
A few of the victims would like to prosecute, officials said. The suspect allegedly stole cash from the center console areas of the cars.
The person is described as being either male or female wearing jeans, a hooded sweatshirt, and glasses. He or she also left the area on-foot.
