A motorist told police that as he was turning Sunday morning, he didn't see three women in the crosswalk before driving into them.
Joe Favazzo, spokesman for Chandler Police Department, said two of the three women were hit in the crosswalk on Galveston at Dobson and suffered non-life-threatening injuries. They both were transported to the hospital.

The incident was reported shortly before 7 a.m.
Favazzo said in an email the situation is still under investigation, but that "this appears to be a terrible accident."
No arrests have been made in the case.
