DPS says several vehicles were involved in a series of crashes along the I-10 near Chandler early Friday morning.
The crash occurred before 4 a.m. in the westbound lanes near Ray Road. The vehicles involved, a mini van and pickup truck, came to rest in the HOV and left lanes, both facing the wrong direction.
Several other cars hit debris in the middle and right lanes before a third vehicle collided with the mini van involved in the first collision.
DPS says injuries were reported, but there is no word on the current condition of the victims.
All lanes were reopened before 5:30 a.m.
