Police have made an arrest after a man was shot Thursday night in Chandler.
Landscaping company owner Modesto Peralta-Gomez, 47, reportedly shot one of his employees at a residence during an argument over money.
Peralta-Gomez fled the scene and went to a home in Florence where police later learned he was located. He refused to come out of the home, prompting a SWAT team to come out to the home.
Police say he was later removed from the home and arrested without incident.
He is currently in Pinal County Jail and is in the process of being transferred to Maricopa County Jail.
He is expected to be charged with one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and unlawful discharge of a firearm.
Police say the victim sustained non-life threatening injuries.
