One man is under arrest and two others are being sought in connection with a deadly shooting in Chandler, police said.

Investigators said a man’s body was found Friday night at a home on South Springs Drive, which is near Frye and McQueen roads. Police have identified the victim as 27-year-old Aaron Yaw.

Police said Saturday that they arrested Bayrd Goddeau in connection with the victim’s death.

According to investigators, Goddeau and two other men were conducting a drug deal at the home when the victim was shot. It is unclear who pulled the trigger, but police said Goddeau ran away from the scene with the two other men.

A witness helped police identify Goddeau, who was later arrested in Mesa. He is charged with one count of first-degree murder.

The other two suspects are described as tall black males, athletic builds, and between the ages of 25 and 30. One suspect has shorter hair, according to police. One was wearing a dark-colored hoodie, the other was wearing a light-colored hoodie.
