A Christmas Grinch has struck an Apache Junction neighborhood.

Crystal Owens says she woke up to find priceless and sentimental Christmas decorations missing from her front yard.

"When I looked out the window, this whole spot was just empty," said Owens.

It happened sometime late Saturday night or early Sunday morning.  Owens said the decorations stolen belonged to her father. In fact, they were some of his favorite decorations, she said.

She's hoping someone will recognize the inflatables -- whether they're posted for sale online or at a garage sale -- and bring them back home.

"I'd even be willing to reimburse the person, whatever they paid for it, I'll buy back," said Owens.

The decorations were the highlight of her Christmas spirit. Owens said she removed everything else the thieves left behind and was done for this Christmas.

"I mean, that is something I just cannot replace.  I can't even put a price value on it so it's just an unfortunate circumstance."

For the alleged thieves, she wants them back no questions asked.

"You can bring them back and put them in the same spot or put them in the corner of my yard. Put them wherever you want to put them. I just want them back in the same condition they were in when they were taken," she said.

If you have any information about this crime, we urge you to contact the Apache Junction Police department at 480-982-8260.
