Phoenix police are looking for a 21-year-old man who may have been with another man found dead earlier this week.

The body of 18-year-old Kemont Karim was found Monday morning near 43rd avenue and Roosevelt Street. Police said it appears he was shot, but that his official cause of death has not been determined.

Karim is believed to have been with 21-year-old Noe Hernandez at some point before his death. Hernandez nor his vehicle have been seen.

Police are concerned for Hernandez's safety and are looking for him. He is currently listed as missing. He has not been listed as a person of interest or a suspect in Karim's death, which is being investigated as a homicide.

His vehicle is described as a 2004 Pontiac Aztec with Arizona plate BGC3271.

Anyone with information on Hernandez is asked to contact Phoenix police at 302-262-6152 or Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS.
