Officers responded to a report of a vehicle on fire near 43rd Avenue and Peoria on Wednesday morning.
When officials arrived on the scene they found a vehicle set on fire and gutted.
Phoenix police determined the vehicle was stolen out of Kingman, Arizona.
Inside the vehicle was a metal folding chair. It appears the driver of the vehicle was using the chair to drive.
No other information is known.
