Officials are on scene of a deadly t-bone crash in west Phoenix.
The crash happened around 8:00 a.m. near 51st Avenue and Thomas Road.
Phoenix fire said the crash involves two vehicles with six patients. Phoenix transit officials say the crash is deadly.
According to Phoenix Fire, all patients were transported to the hospital. Four females, including a 16-year-old were transported to the hospital with serious injuries. Two other patients were transported with minor injuries.
