PHOENIX — Phoenix police are investigating a shooting that left a 17-year-old boy dead.
Officers were called to the area of 75th Avenue and Indian School Tuesday night around 11:00 p.m. for reports of shots fired.
When they arrived, Isaac Burford was found in the road with a gunshot wound, according to authorities.
He was taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Detectives are still working to learn what led to the shooting. A suspect hasn't been identified by police.
