A man has been taken into custody for allegedly touching minors in a south Phoenix home.

Andres Molina, 31, was arrested on Sunday on four counts of sexual abuse and molestation of a child.

On April 2, Phoenix police became involved in the investigation of the molestation of the two girls at their home near 48th Street and Southern Avenue.

According to court documents, Molina touched both girls under their clothes on separate occasions.

The girls told their mother and police contact was made.

Molina originally denied the allegations and said he was only playing with them and tickling them.

Once Molina was taken into custody he said he would never call the kids liars, but later said they were lying about being sexually abused.

Court documents show Molina lives in the home with the girls.
