PHOENIX — Multiple kids were injured in a crash in north Phoenix on Thursday morning.
The crash occurred between two vehicles at the intersection of Central and Northern avenues after 7 a.m.
Phoenix police say one vehicle was occupied by three teenagers, all who suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries. In the second vehicle, a teenager and 9-year-old suffered serious, but non-life-threatening injuries. A woman driving the second car was not hurt.
At this time, it's unclear what caused the crash, but police say they are investigating speed and a left turn as possible factors.
The family of two victims has set up a GoFundMe to raise funds for medical bills.
