PD: Woman arrested for deadly Phoenix crash

A woman has been arrested for a deadly crash in north Phoenix.

Phoenix police said 36-year-old Kashundra Hilliard was arrested on May 2 on charges related to a deadly crash on April 2.

According to police, test results revealed the suspect was under the influence of Phencyclidine (PCP) at the time of the crash.

Examination of Hilliard’s vehicle revealed she was traveling at about 100 miles per hour at the time of the crash.

According to the Phoenix Police Department, the collision claimed the life of Kimberly Livingston, a 37-year-old woman.

Police say around 5:40 p.m., a black Nissan Versa was traveling east on Hatcher and was approaching 8th Streetwhen it rear-ended a Chevrolet Camaro. The Camaro spun out of control and then hit a pickup truck.

Livingston was a passenger of the Nissan and was taken to the hospital but later died from her injuries.

The driver of the Camaro is believed to have been paralyzed as a result of the collision
