A 20-year-old man was arrested Wednesday after he admitted to abusing girlfriend's 13-month-old son.
According to court paperwork, Jonathan Estrada-Badillo said he was babysitting the boy and got upset when the child would not stop crying.
Estrada-Badillo said he grabbed the baby by his arm and twisted it. He also admitted to squeezing the insides of the baby's ear and picking him up by the sides and shaking him. Police say the boy had a fractured arm and broken ribs.
The boy's mother told police Estrada-Badillo claimed the boy got hurt when he fell out of a jumper, but doctor's said her story was not consistent with the toddler's injuries.
Estrada-Badillo is facing multiple charges of child abuse.
