Two women were transported to the hospital after they were hit by a vehicle in Phoenix.
Phoenix police said the crash happened near 27th Avenue and Northern Avenue on Friday morning.
According to police, a distracted driver jumped a curb and hit two women walking on the sidewalk.
The driver drove a short distance to a QT and parked.
Once the driver was parked, he was confronted by witnesses or family members and a fight started.
Two women, in their 20s and 30s, were transported to the hospital in serious condition.
