A woman and two children were transported to the hospital Monday after the car they were riding in collided with a pole.
The incident happened around 7 p.m. near Cave Creek Road and Sweetwater Avenue.
Fire crews tell ABC15, the 35-year-old woman suffered serious injuries.
A 5-year-old boy and 2-year-old boy were transported as a precaution, crews say.
Phoenix police are investigating what caused the crash.
