A pedestrian was hit and killed Monday morning on Alice and 19th avenues, just south of Dunlap Avenue.
Police say the female victim was crossing the street when a woman in her 60’s hit her.
Police do not believe impairment or speed were factors in the crash, but have not said whether or not that driver would be charged.
19th Avenue is closed going northbound during the investigation, but lanes southbound have reopened.
