New developments few of us saw coming after the Buffalo Chip Saloon was back in business today just two months after being burned to the ground.

The Cave Creek restaurant partially re-opened just in time for the Arizona Cardinals game against the Green Bay Packers.
It's known as "Lambeau Field West" and owner Larry Wendt tells us his crew has been working since Thanksgiving to get the saloon up and running.
"We've been shooting for this date," he said adding that it was "a beautiful coincidence."
An outdoor 2-acre section is back open, we'll let you know when the rest of the saloon is rebuilt.
