Did you already turn in your early voting ballot?

Maricopa County allows voters to check the status of their ballot if it has already been mailed in or dropped off.

As of Monday morning, there were 1,060,481 early ballots turned into the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office.

To break it down, the following ballots have been turned in: 443,836 registered Republican ballots, 338,602 registered Democratic ballots and 277,808 registered Independent/Other ballots.

Maricopa County Recorder Helen Purcell said Tuesday morning that 5,000 ballots were under investigation because of signature issues.

It is too late to turn in your early ballot by mail, but you can still fill out your ballot and turn it into any polling place.
