St. Mary's Food Bank is well know around the Valley. Its name is synonymous with helping feed the hungry, but it does so much more.
For the past decade, St. Mary's has put people to work by training them in its Community Kitchen program.
The 16-week course takes people many others have turned their backs on - people just out of jail, those with drug problems or anger management issues - and gives them training in a working kitchen.
While people learn marketable skills, they also get their lives back on track.
Thousands of people have turned their lives around in the St. Mary's Community Kitchen. 90% of the programs graduates find jobs.
This Friday, the program hits a milestone, graduating its 100th class.
