The Phoenix Police Department and Phoenix Fire Department responded after two people smashed the windows out on a truck overnight into Saturday morning and then set it on fire.

The incident happened near 32nd Street and McDowell Road outside of Los Toritos restaurant.

Unknown to the suspects, the owner of the truck and restaurant had a surveillance camera pointed right at it, capturing the entire thing on camera.

Video shows the two suspects breaking the windows of the truck and then running away. Moments later, one of them comes back and throws gasoline into the truck before setting it on fire.

The owner says the restaurant was also targeted another time recently, when someone pulled up to the drive thru and shot at the menu board a few days ago.

Police have not released any information on a possible investigation, but we do know they were called to the scene after the fire was out.

The owner says he thinks they were targeted on purpose, but doesn't know why.
