Police offer reward in man's deadly stabbing

Police are offering a reward to anyone who may have information on a deadly stabbing of a 19-year-old man at a park.  

According to the Phoenix Police Department, during an argument at Edison Park, which is near 19th and Roosevelt streets, Armando Hernandez was stabbed on Monday night. Hernandez died from his injuries. 

Police say there were many witnesses present at the time of the stabbing, and there is information that leads police to believe the altercation was also recorded. 

Police do have one person of interest who has been identified, however they are looking for others who may know more about the crime. 

Anyone with information is encouraged to contact Silent Witness at (480) WITNESS. A $1,000 reward is being offered.
