A Phoenix woman says her car was badly damaged during a hit-and-run crash early Sunday morning and she’s hoping someone has information about the suspect’s whereabouts.

Marissa Montgomery says she relies on her car for a lot.

Not only is she an Uber driver, but she takes her girlfriend to her weekly dialysis appointments in Scottsdale.

“I broke down and started crying, I cried for a couple of hours,” said Montgomery. “I’ve only had that car for about 4 months and my girlfriend, she’s on dialysis so that’s my transportation to get back-and-forth.”

Around midnight on Sunday a red pick-up truck hit her parked car in the area of 18th Street and McDowell Road, a Phoenix police spokesperson said.

No injuries were reported but the truck driver fled the scene and has still not been located.

Montgomery says any information helps.

“My reaction was just like how am I going to get home, you know, how am I going to survive now?” said Montgomery.
