A man was taken to a hospital after hitting a pole with his vehicle overnight in downtown Phoenix.
According tot the Phoenix Police Department, the man was injured and taken in for medical care.
The collision happened near 7th and Jefferson streets.
ABC15 cameras caught someone at the scene being given a breathalyzer test. That individual was later handcuffed and placed in the back of a police car. It's not clear what connection that man has to the collision or to the individual who was taken to the hospital.
Officials have not yet released details about the incident, but expect updates as soon as they're available.
