An emergency hearing has been set for Tuesday morning in Phoenix regarding the well-known freeway shootings case.
The 9:45 a.m. hearing showed up on court schedules less than two days before the set time.
Leslie Merritt Jr. has been behind bars for more than six months after being accused of several freeway shootings in the Valley.
