One person is dead and another in critical condition after a collision on Interstate 10 Tuesday evening.
The accident happened around 8:30 p.m. on Interstate 10 eastbound at 16th Street.
Phoenix Fire Department officials say a man in his 40s died in the crash. A 40-year-old woman was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
The victims are not being identified at this time.
