Diana Taurasi is showing her support for the Phoenix Mercury by buying 333 tickets to each of the team's home WNBA playoff games at the US Airways Center as a gift for fans.

In honor of her number "3" uniform, Taurasi bought the tickets to support the Mercury. The team is pursuing its fourth league championship.

"I may not be able to support our team on the court, but I wanted to assist in another way for this year's playoff run," Taurasi said. "We have the best fans in the league and I know how important they have been each time we've won a championship.
Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis beginning with the round one game on September 17th against the Tulsa Shock. Ticket redemption will start at 4:30 p.m. before the tip off at 7 p.m. at the US Airways Center.
"This is my way of ensuring we continue to have the best home court advantage in the entire WNBA," Taurasi said.
Fans may claim up to four tickets each.
Tickets for game one are already on sale, starting at $12.
