Phoenix police are investigating after two young children were found in a hotel room with an unresponsive woman and drug paraphernalia.
Police said they found the children and woman Wednesday inside a room at the Best Value Inn near 51st Avenue and McDowell Road. Officers responded to the hotel after the woman failed to check out on time.
The woman has since been detained. It is unclear what, if any, charges she will face.
No further information was immediately available.
