Black cats get a bad rap, but one Valley organization is working to make their lives a little luckier and healthier.
Altered Tails, a non-profit spay and neuter clinic, is holding the Halloween Lucky Black Cat campaign to help fix black cats and keep them groomed.
Owners of black cats in Maricopa County can take advantage of free spay and neuter services, as well as free nail trimming during the month of October.
In order to get the special freebie, owners must mention the Halloween Lucky Black Cat campaign when scheduling an appointment.
