When you donate to the ABC15 Telethon benefiting Phoenix Children’s Hospital, you can make a real difference in the lives of valley boys and girls.

One place your money will be used is PCH’s Pediatric Down Syndrome Clinic.

Opened in 2013, it is the only one like it in the state.

It brings together specialists and virtual specialists, and has boosted the care for families in our community.

Plus, the kids think it is a pretty cool place to hang out.

Conor Mills told us the Center is a “friendly” place where he can have all kinds of fun.

His mom, Maureen Mills, says the top notch care from people who understand her son is what makes the place so special: “I want the most info I can get for my child. I want to make sure he’s getting the care he needs, and I want the highest level of care.”

161 babies are born with Down Syndrome in Arizona every year.

You can help make sure the Pediatric Down Syndrome at Phoenix Children’s Hospital is there for them by donating to our telethon on Tuesday, April 12You can call in to donate from 9 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. or on abc15.com.
